They did a great job designing how we could restructure downstairs based on our brief. All the approvals went through Colchester council who did everything on behalf of Epping Council which was fine. Planning was straightforward, but Thames Water approval for a build over agreement took some time, delaying our building regs and planned start date. Orlando did a good job chasing to make sure it finally got over the line though. We would definitely recommend Invent.”
